This application is a personal, non-commercial tool that uploads video files to the authorizing user's own TikTok inbox as drafts, using TikTok's official Content Posting API. Videos are not published automatically; publishing is completed manually by the user inside the TikTok app.

3. User Responsibilities

• You may only connect TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, and it must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must not use this application to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

4. Third-Party Services

This application relies on TikTok's APIs. Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok's own terms and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application.

7. Termination

You may stop using the application at any time and revoke its access from your TikTok app settings. The operator may discontinue the service at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
